Event Details:
- Moonlight Bazaar is free to attend and family friendly.
- The event starts at 5:00pm and ends at 12:00am.
- You must be 19+ or accompanied by a guardian starting at 5:00pm when bars open.
- Don’t forget to wear your best costume if you want to get into the spirit of this year’s event. Use hashtag #MoonlightBazaar and tag our pages.
Drink:
- The site will be licensed and you will purchase a beverage from any of the bars in the event area, as well as at the outdoor beer tent that will be located at the Victoria Row and Great George Street intersection.
Locations:
- The Moon will be hung on Victoria Row.
- Vendors will be located throughout the event site on Victoria Row and Great George Street.
- Washrooms are in several spots, along with garbage and recycling bins throughout.
Keeping things green:
- We limit the use of plastic cups (only wine or poured drinks). We ask people to use the designated recycling bins onsite and respect the neighbours in the downtown area.
Drones:
- It’s illegal for anyone with a drone (including drones under 250g) to fly over mass gatherings without an advanced license.
Parking:
- There is no parking overnight starting on Friday, September 22 on Great George Street.
Additional details:
- Stay hydrated, be prepared for hot temperatures, and wear comfy shoes – you will be dancing all night!
- We love fur-friends but recommend leaving them at home, as it can get crowded and noisy.
